is a highly elastic, non-structural finish formulated from 100 percent pure acrylic resins. It was specifically developed to seal existing mortar joints and other construction related areas where maximum elasticity or moisture protection is required and/or where a textured appearance is desired.
Additionally, UV GUARD Mortar Match may be used to repair non-structural mortar joints and restore their original appearance. It may be used with or without installing a backer rod; however, for optimum joint design a small backer rod or bond breaker is recommended whenever possible on joint depths greater than 1/2".
